At iStar.no, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to Norwegian law.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to request a return.

• Items must be returned in unused and original condition.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

📦 How to Return:

1. Email us at post@istar.no with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and send it with trackable shipping.

4. We’ll refund your payment within 5 business days after receiving the return.

❗Important:

• Returns without prior notice may be rejected.

• Items with damage from use or mishandling are not covered.
