At iStar.no, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian law.

🔁 Right of Withdrawal:

• You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to change your mind.

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

📦 How to return a product:

1. Email us at post@istar.no with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you the return address and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely and ship it with tracking.

4. Once we receive and approve the return, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

❗Important:

• Returns without prior approval may be rejected.

• Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible for return.

• We do not charge any restocking fees.
