We only sell brand-new mobile phones. All products are described as accurately as possible, but errors may occur.

3. Prices and Currency

All prices are listed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through secure methods at checkout. You will receive a receipt by email after your purchase.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery to addresses within Norway.

• Within Oslo: delivery by the next working day.

• Outside Oslo: delivery within 3 working days.

Delays may occur during busy periods.

6. Shipping Costs

• Orders over NOK 1000 include free shipping.

• Orders under NOK 1000 will be charged a shipping fee of NOK 49.

7. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian consumer law. To use this right, the item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Warranty Claims

You have a 2-year warranty under Norwegian law if the product has defects not caused by user error or damage. Contact us as soon as you discover an issue.
